Cosmos and Chaos (Series, 2024)

This series started as a failed attempt to represent Chaos and Order as two seperate pieces. But I found it impossible to keep a sense of aliveness while representing one without the other. Chaos by itself was an existential void, and Order left alone was a morbid paralysis.

It let be to this watercolor and gold leaf series, based on a research exploring neo-Jungian archetypal structures of the psyche and our relationship to Nature, through the symbolic of Egyptian and Orphic genesis myths where the forces of order and chaos bring about creation.
